We only sell directly to restaurants, chefs, and the culinary industry.
Everything we produce is grown to order. We do not have any standing inventory. Lead times can vary from one to four weeks depending on the variety.
We work with chefs to determine par levels before planting your order, and then we set up a weekly standing order. This helps us with crop planning, which means less waste, helping to keep our prices down.
A minimum of two weeks notice is required for changes or cancellations, as we grow everything to order and most varieties have a two week lead time or longer.
One-time orders can usually be accommodated as long as we have enough lead time to grow what you need. There are also some varieties we always have on hand, so feel free to reach out and we will work with you to find a solution.
We deliver to the GTA twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Due to our meticulous harvesting process, we have some of the best shelf-life in the industry. You can expect most varieties to hold at least 10-14 days in the cooler, with some exceptions for more fragile crops.
We are happy to help you think through your needs and adjust as necessary. It’s also possible that we have new offerings you may want to try. We welcome an ongoing dialogue to make sure you get what you need when you need it, and keep your menus fresh and pleasing.
Yes! While most of our clients prefer our pre-packed, hand-cut, and ready to use greens, we are certainly able to offer any of our varieties as living trays.
Most crops should be kept in their clamshell container, properly sealed, as airflow will significantly reduce shelf-life. Storing them upside-down also allows the desiccant pad in the bottom of the container to absorb moisture as condensation occurs. The only exception are our basils, which should be kept either in a wine fridge or at cool room temperature.
We do request a minimum order of $100. Any orders below this amount are subject to a delivery fee.
Once you place your initial request, we will plant the seeds and get things growing right away. There will be an initial lead time to produce your first order, based on the guidelines in our product list, but after that you will receive fresh product every week on your regular delivery day. All products are delivered within 24-48 hours of harvest.
We offer terms of NET30 to all our clients.
We accept cheque on delivery, cheques through the mail, email transfer, EFT, or any major credit card through QuickBooks.
We manage our own distribution. This means we get our products to you at the beginning of their usable life instead of at the end.
Yes we do! If you know another chef who would like to use our products, you can gift them $100 off their first recurring weekly order, and you will qualify for your own $100 gift card after their first paid invoice.
